You don't need to biologically linked to a person to be a parent.  A special shout out to Ryan as you have stepped into a role as a Daddy to Ainsley in the last nine months.  You two are inseparable and she loves you very much.  

From the day that she met you and automatically started calling you Papa Ryan to the day when just out of the blue she started to call you Daddy; I couldn't imagine a better role model for my precious little girl.

Thank you very much for being there for her, Ryan! You mean a lot to both of us.

Going to Monarch tomorrow afternoon to see my folks and have supper.  Boy do I miss them.  Next weekend we have the whole gang from Medicine Hat coming to visit.  I couldn't be more excited to spend time with everyone!

Happy Valentines Day!!! Even though I am still sick and having some back issues it is a decent day.  I have never felt soo loved than I do this Valentines Day.  I am very blessed.  Will be making a fantastic Valentines Day supper tonight with my loves.  Spaghetti and meat sauce and heart garlic toast (if it works out that is).  

For those who are celebrating the Valentines Boycott, I hope you have a great day and enjoy some chocolate.  

 

What better way to get refreshed for the new year?? Clean the kitchen and re arrange the living room.. Nothing better than starting with a clean slate.  This will be a good relaxing short week at work, go to a wedding on Saturday for a really good friend of mine.  It is a cold snap this week too.. here's hoping I will be able to get to work well, I know with Ry no matter what, I will get there.

Well today we get to see a little bit of "winter" there is enough out there that I can deal with, any more and by golly I will be right pissed.  I am not one for the cold weather (neither is my car but that is another story).  I have loved winter so far, there has been very little snow and plus 16 weather. 

Here's hoping to mother nature going back to the nice no snow weather.
